Only healthy pets are accepted.
Rabbits must be vaccinated against myxomatosis and dogs should be vaccinated too. We require you to bring a current vaccination certificate (against Myxomatosis and VHD for rabbits) upon arrival.
Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed upon booking. If your pet does have a medical condition, details of the condition and treatment required must also be given.
Small pets, other than rabbits and guinea pigs, require their own cages.
Our cages/inside runs, are cleaned and disinfected between guests using pet friendly products.
We provide food for rabbits and guinea pigs but are happy for you to bring any special food requirements as we are unable to stock every type of food.
Pets other than rabbits/guinea pigs will be required to bring their own cage and food.
In the unlikely event your pet should become sick, we will take them to our local vet. Any bills are to be paid in full at collection. You will be required to complete a veterinary releases form at time of drop off.
Sadly small animals can succumb to illness and sometimes pass away very suddenly. If this does happen, we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes should your pet pass away in our care. Jack Parrot Pet Boarding can accept no liability in the event of your pets passing away while in our care.
Payment must be made for the whole stay when you drop off your pet.
If you collect your pet earlier than the departure date stated on your booking confirmation, you are still liable for the full amount of your pets stay.
We are a small boarding business and cannot guarantee extensions to a stay. Any extensions of stay will be chargeable at current daily prices.
For cancellation with more than 28 days notice, no cancellation fee will apply.
All animals are left with Jack Parrot Pet Boarding at their owners risk and it is advisable that you have appropriate animal insurance. We also take no responsibility for pregnancies where your pets are housed together as per your advice.
In placing a booking with Jack Parrot Pet Boarding you agree that you have read and accept our terms and conditions in full.
For all boarders, a boarding contract must be signed by you, which confirms your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. You will also be asked to complete a Form, giving us details about your individual pet/s and their needs, routine, habits, likes and dislikes etc.
